Our Managing Member is Michael Simes, JD, MBA. He received his Juris Doctor in 1994 from the University of Arizona located in Tucson, Arizona. Michael then received his Master of Business Administration in 2003 from Arizona State University located in Tempe, Arizona.

Our clients are engaged in a wide array of industries and range in size from owner-managed enterprises to multinational publicly traded companies. Our clients are based throughout North America and Europe. For many of our clients, English is not their primary language.

We develop comprehensive solutions to the legal and business needs of our clients. We accomplish this by leveraging our extensive experience from trying cases and from structuring business transactions. We then present our clients with strategic and tactical plans to achieve their goals.
