Michael Louis Simes, JD, MBA, Attorney and Counselor at Law, is a partner with Simes Partners, PLLC. Simes Partners represents domestic and international family-held businesses and provides them with advice and counsel in business transactions with a focus on wealth creation and wealth preservation.

Michael provides integrated legal advice and business counsel to the clients of Simes Partners. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 1994 and his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University in 2003. He has been continuously engaged in the private practice of law in Arizona since 1994 and has been admitted to practice law in Colorado since 1996.

Michael is a published author, respected lecturer and an active member of the community. His professional recognitions include being inducted into Marquis Who’s Who in the World in 2009, into Marquis Who’s Who in American Law in 2008, and into Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2007. In 2004 the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona recognized Michael for his distinguished service to the Bar and in 2008 the President of the State Bar of Arizona appointed Michael to serve on its Consumer Information and Education Taskforce.
